Consultation & Assessment

What makes us stand out amongst our competitors? Vision.

We have 4 goals at Think Around Corners for consulting:

  1. Assess your current situation, both in terms of online
marketing and traditional marketing, and how the two types integrate
together for a full marketing plan.
  2. Implement short-term tactics for specific solutions (optimize website, build web content, create newsletter campaign, implement blog)
  3. Devise long-term strategies that ‘deepen’ your marketing vision, including budgeting
  4. Train you, if desired, on how to identify winning online tactics and strategies, whether by direct  consultation, or in-house training.

We consult hourly, on retainer, or project-based.

When does consulting end and implementation begin?

Many times clients want us to come in and start work right away, based upon how they envision their needs. This enthusiasm is good, but can be restrictive in terms of what to you need. Initial consulting is usually required for a critical understanding of these needs. You might not be aware of things that are inexpensive and easy to implement. Sometimes initial consultation is under an hour.

Online Budget

We have seen many businesses succeed, and ones that do have budgets. We will be asking you these questions:

  • What is your overall budget for marketing for the next year, 3 years, and 5 years?
  • What fraction of that budget is for online marketing?
  • Would you like us to help with establishing a budget, if none exists?

Online Vision

The same principle applies to your online business vision. Here are some additional questions we’ll ask:

  • Do you see web promotion as a inexpensive way to market your business?
  • …or is it just a tool in the overall scheme of marketing?
  • Will you bring your internet marketing in-house someday, or always rely upon consultants?
  • How can you make customers for life?
  • How can you generate buzz about your website to increase market share and traffic?
