Interesting article, but I think there is one really great tool (in my totally biased opinion) that you forgot – http://intuitionHQ.com – it’s a similar sort of concept to some of the other sites you suggested, but we think simpler, and great for helping clients understand the design process, as well as providing useful usability testing results.

And you are the Man, Dave! Thanks for listening and cleaning that aspect up! Folks, if you’re reading, Dave added the feature to UserTesting.com that ‘follow up’ questions that is very important in usability tests. This is the major drawback to remote testing that is not live – you can’t ‘shape’ the conversation and riff back and forth between tester and testee.

FYI: Last week we fixed the drawback that you mentioned. You now have the ability to ask testers follow-up questions.

So now there’s no reason not to use us!
