I love the weekly regimen concept.  I used to do that, but have gotten out of the habit, and it is likely one of the reasons I&#039;m feeling so buried these days.  I don&#039;t take the time to strategize so I&#039;m not making the right decisions about what to work on moment to moment, and so more important stuff doesn&#039;t get handled properly.

In #6 you state that 8 to 6 works best.  It might work best for you, but I&#039;ve found that one of the big tricks to productivity is to make sure you&#039;re in the right mindset at the right time in the right context.  If you notice that 5pm to 8pm is consistently your most productive time block for, say, software development, strive to never do anything BUT software development during that timeslot.  (Also, I&#039;m pretty useless before 10am for anything but commuting)

2 hour blocks with a self-reward upon completion is something I&#039;m going to implement right now!
